Attending a wedding here was awesome, I totally recommend it. I had a great time at this place, it's been nicely updated and the location is super convenient for the events we wanted to go to. The food was delicious and the bar was fantastic! 🌟

Clean and upgraded hotel with marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to everything. Amazingly kind staff, cozy and recently refurbished rooms with bedroom, a smell of mold, clean linens. Plenty of products for a free and particularly nice breakfast. Friendly service and reasonable value. This property offers shuttle service too. Location near restuarants, and the airport.

The food was delicious and we really liked it, alongside the spacious rooms that were impeccably clean with no musty odors.

I loved my nice-sized room on the lower level. The breakfast was free and included. Excellent location and overall the staff was really helpful. The airport was 0.5 miles away. The service was all in all excellent.

The staff was polite and helpful, comfortable room, convenient location, friendly bartender and manager, affordable price, refrigerator in room.

For us, it was ideal.

Nothing will not stay their again!

The elevator's didn't work had to use the service, which the attendant didn't mention, no carts for luggage. Room smelled of mold, the handles on shower fell off when you turned them. Ice machine wasn't turned on Any floor. FYI my step father owned several Holidays Inns, he wild if fired the whole staff especially for the attitude alone!

The rooms were very good sized with 2 beds. The location was unbeatable - close to restaurants and a nightclub.

The location was marvelous and unbeatable for first-time visitors to Lafayette. There was a great restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

The hotel is upgraded and clean. The location is great and absolutely perfect, very close to El Paso restaurant. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and throughout the stay. The breakfast was free and nice, with a great selection of meals. Everything was simply nice.

This hotel is such a great value for the price. The room we stayed in had everything we needed, including two beds and basic amenities. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast that was included was a nice bonus. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to the events we wanted to attend and even the El Paso restaurant was just a stone's throw away.

While all was generally fine during our stay, there is one aspect that could be improved.

The bed was very good, with nice pillows. The breakfast buffet was very nice, a good variety of choices. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

The check in procedure was not very efficient, and the explanation of where to park, what door to use, and assistance with baggage wasn't very good.

Leaving. It was not pleasant at all but the manager heard my concerns and I believe she will look into them.

Toilet not properly working at check in. Requested a room change then and was not given one. The next morning, coffee pot does not work. Requested another one and a bottle of water since I used my bottled water in the one that did not work. Was given a replacement pot that put out a foul curdled liquid that required my door to be opened for over an hour. Was not given water despite the fact that they have a snack cooler where they sell soda, water and treats. Return evening, first day, to half cleaned room and most of my drawers opened! Toilet still requires multiple flushes. Day three sheets not changed. Morning 4 I take the sheets off my bed and put them on the floor. That night I noticed those same sheets were back on my bed! FROM THE FLOOR. I recognized the stains they already had. I could go on and on but you understand! The carpets in the hall are gross. There is often trash, plastic cleaning gloves or bent clothes hangers strewn in the halls. I tried calling corporate etc. but never got an answer or response.

Great location for Festivals Acadien. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Free shuttle service to Girard Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent breakfast selection. Plenty of available newspapers

Nothing, it is perfect

Well-kept hotel, friendly front desk, great location near El Paso restaurant and Scandals night club. Receptive manager addressed concerns. Perfect location for a night away, nice and clean room. Great weight room, friendly staff. Nice lobby area with live entertainment.
